I have been experimenting with a variety of raw dishes lately and stumbled across a very tasty, simply and healthy treat.
I rarely measure so you will need to make adjustments to match your preference but these are the ingredients:
- shelled edamame
- dried cranberries
- olive oil
- feta cheese (I’ve also used tofu and vegan cheese)
- season with black pepper & salt or vegetable seasoning
